Classifieds of Utah is a marketplace platform that allows users to buy, sell, and exchange goods and services locally within Utah. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to post all content on your listings. You agree not to post illegal items, stolen goods, or content that violates any laws or regulations in Utah.

Prohibited items include weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, endangered animal products, and any other items prohibited by Utah or U.S. law.

Classifieds of Utah reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our policies, without notice or refund.

For Sellers: You are responsible for accurately describing items, disclosing all material defects, and responding to buyer inquiries promptly and honestly. You agree not to engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices.

For Buyers: You are responsible for thoroughly inspecting items before purchase and meeting only in safe, public locations. Classifieds of Utah is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

All transactions are between buyers and sellers. Classifieds of Utah acts as a platform only and is not a party to any transaction.

Classifieds of Utah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listings or content posted by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classifieds of Utah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or injuries resulting from transactions between users. Users engage in all transactions at their own risk.

The Classifieds of Utah name, logo, design, and all related marks are owned by Classifieds of Utah. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and functionality, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our permission.

Classifieds of Utah reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any content you have posted may remain on our platform unless you request removal.

Classifieds of Utah may update these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Utah.
